On Thursday, April 5th twenty of my students participated in IMPACT Boston’s 6 hour self defense training. It was an awesome day! I will post more pictures later.

Teen smoking has dropped to an all time low at 4%. Unfortunately, big tobacco companies are getting smarter and finding new ways to hook young people for life with new sleek & discrete e-cigarettes. We’ve been down this road before and we must learn from the past. We know better now. Nicotine addiction is real and e-cigarettes can prime the teenage brain for addiction to other drugs.
